Miller, a certified real estate appraiser & licensed real estate agent in New York & New Jersey.  We have a two to three day turn around time.  Communication is the key quality we possess, as emails, phone calls, text messages are sent daily to keep updates on appraisal reports & inspection dates.  Appraisals are done seven days a week, as long as its, daylight, we do it.  Same day delivery is also available if needed.  One borrower ? More then one appraisal ? discounts are given.  We take for payment, credit cards, cash, money orders & personal checks.
